Babbasa is a Bristol-based social enterprise, established in 2013, supporting talented young people from low-income and ethnically diverse communities to progress into employment, education and enterprise.
They also work with businesses to widen access to diverse talent and strengthen inclusive workplace practice.
The word Babbasa means ordinary citizens coming together to form a support bridge - a reflection of Babbasa's role in connecting young people to real opportunities.
